One-Year Warranty & Free Return Shipping

Guelph Organic Life provides a warranty on all our jewelry products purchased directly from our official website within one year of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse. We offer a replacement or a repair if supplies are available. If not, a similar product will be provided. Guelph Organic Life will cover the return shipping cost and insurance for you from our company to your home.

Exchange

Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange your jewelry. An item can only be exchanged once. Guelph Organic Life will not cover the any shipping related cost for the exchanges.

Return

Regular-priced items in its original, undamaged, and unused condition, with original tags, stickers, and packaging may be returned for refund within 10 business days of the order shipped to your door. Verification will be conducted prior to issuing your refund. The verification can take up to 5 business days. Guelph Organic Life has the right to deny a refund if the received items do not meet the return policy requirements. Any item that is returned damaged, used, or incomplete will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at customer’s cost. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the shipment email or packing slip. Items marked as final sale are not returnable.

Organic Personal Care Product Policy

Return 

If you buy any Guelph Organic Life personal care product from our official website and are not satisfied, you can return your online order from our official website within 90 days for a full credit or refund. Guelph Organic Life will not cover the costs of return shipment except an egregious error from us caused the return.

Guelph Organic Life personal care products from other retail stores or online stores will not be accepted as a return at this website. Please contact the original stores where the transactions happen.
